Principal
A graduate of the University of South Florida, Ron has over 30 years of experience in electrical distribution with several distributors. He has worked in the Central and West Florida markets in sales and sales leadership positions. Ron has also worked as a National Account Manager for large commercial contractors.

Scott DeNisco
Principal
Scott DeNisco is a Tampa native and graduated from both the University of Florida and the University of South Florida. With over 38 years experience in the business world, Scott has been an inside and outside salesman for Dynamic Sales since 2011. As of 2026, Scott is a partner in Dynamic Sales with Ron Tucker.

Sales Representative & Agency Advisor
Bob has 31 years of experience in electrical sales. After graduating from the University of South Florida, he began in sales at Westinghouse Electrical Corporation. Prior to founding Dynamic Sales Associates, Bob has also worked in sales for WESCO and Swanson and Company electrical agency.

Larry Meadows
Outside Sales
Larry Meadows began his career in the electrical industry as a purchasing agent at Scarborough Electrical Contractors in Alabama. His 36 years of experience has given him the opportunity to work with a number of electrical distributors, contractor, and lighting suppliers in the Orlando and Jacksonville areas.

Mark Davenport
Outside Sales
Former active-duty Marine(USMC), Mark has over 15 years of experience in electrical distribution working for several wholesale distributors in Alabama and Florida focusing on contractors and end users.

Jimmy Reed
Outside Sales
A University of Florida graduate, Jimmy brings over three decades of experience in the electrical distribution industry, including roles with multiple distributors and in retail operations. He has held progressive sales and sales leadership positions throughout Southeast Florida. I have been a part of Dynamic Sales Associates sales team since 2015.

Raul Garcia
Outside Sales
Raul attended Miami Dade College for Business and Finance and brings 27 years of comprehensive experience as a manufacturer representative in South Florida. He specializes in both domestic and international markets, consistently driving growth and fostering strong client relationships. I have worked as a sales associate with Dynamic Sales Associates since 2022.

Mike Pounders
Outside Sales
Michael Pounders aka “Quarter Pounders” is an exceptionally accomplished sales professional with over four decades of success in electrical, industrial, and OEM sales, known for his ability to drive consistent results across diverse markets. Throughout his career, he has led multi-state sales programs, overseen P&L responsibilities, and provided technical support for complex product solutions across various industries. Michael is also an active volunteer with The Florida State Elks Association and The St. Anthony’s Hospital Foundation.

Steve Busciglio
Inside Sales
Steve began his career as an electrician after graduating from the University of Tennessee. From there, he moved to operations manager at Universal Wire and Cable, as well as Swanson and Company. He has been a member of the Dynamic Sales team since 1996.
Ashley Coats
Inside Sales
Ashley is the newest member of the Dynamic team! She studied at the University of South Florida and graduated with a BA degree in Communications. Previously, she was an eLearning Developer for at technical training company as well as a yoga instructor.
Cynthia Parks
Inside Sales
Cynthia graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations. She began working for Dynamic Sales as an inside sales rep soon after graduation. For the last 18 years, she has handled the company’s commissions and payroll, as well as sales tracking.
